A high-quality, modern holiday villa with a pool and summer kitchen in the small village of Matulini, near Poreč, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers space for up to 6 people. The beach on the west coast is approx. 12 km away.

This beautiful and stylish villa for 6 people is located in a quiet setting in the small village of Matulini, approx. 12 km from the famous tourist town of Poreč.

The open-plan living and dining area with kitchen is modern and furnished to a high standard. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each with double beds. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and access to the lovely balcony. The villa is also fully air-conditioned.

The outdoor area offers a large terrace with a lounge and comfortable seating. There is also a separate pool house with a summer kitchen and dining area. The pool has a gentle entry and a shallow-water zone. The property is completely fenced and offers you plenty of privacy.
