Overview

A fairytale estate with three stone houses on a 2,300 m² plot in Rakovci, near Sveti Lovreč, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. This property offers space for a total of 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sea on the west coast is approx. 14 km away, and the distance to Lim Fjord is approx. 8 km.

This estate with four detached stone houses (in the Istrian architectural style, built of natural stone) is located in Rakovci, near Sveti Lovreč, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The stone houses stand on a 2,300 m² plot with a lush Mediterranean garden. The houses share a boccia court, a covered seating area with a barbecue, and a play area with swings for the little ones, which are available to all houses.
