Overview
A typical Istrian stone house with modern amenities on the edge of Štifanići, near Sveti Lovreč, in the west of the Istrian peninsula. The holiday house has its own pool, a garden with a covered barbecue area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The distance to the beach is approx. 11 km.
This holiday house is located on the edge of the village of Štifanići, near Sveti Lovreč, in the west of the Istrian peninsula. The town of Poreč is approx. 15 km away. The perfect base for anyone who wants to explore the Istrian peninsula.
The stone house was built in 1938 and lovingly renovated in 2010. It offers space for a total of 6 people. The holiday house consists of a small outbuilding with two beds, a shower and WC, and the main building. The main building has a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
