Cape Kamenjak

Cape Kamenjak, locally Donji Kamenjak, forms the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. The protected area covers about 4 square kilometres and is managed as a public institution. The nearest place with holiday homes is the fishing village of Premantura. Along the coast there are cliffs that are suitable as viewpoints, as well as a site marked on maps as the Rudist Cave.

The Palud Bird Reserve (Ornitološki rezervat Palud) is a nature reserve in Istria, about ten kilometres south of Rovinj and not far from the coast.
