This villa was built in 1912 and is a beautiful Mediterranean building set in the unspoiled nature of the Pelješac peninsula, in the heart of Orebić. The villa is located on the coast, just approx. 5 m from the crystal-clear sea and a few minutes' walk from Trstenica Beach, which is famous for its beauty.
The villa spans two floors and is equipped with a lovely garden with a pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.
