This villa is a detached house and, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offers plenty of space for 7 guests. On the property, which is enclosed by a stone wall, you have a private saltwater pool. The sun terrace around the pool has comfortable sun loungers that invite you to relax. A fireplace grill is available in the outdoor kitchen. You can prepare delicious local specialities and seafood on the fireplace grill. From the living area you have direct access to the covered terrace. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

A free cot can be provided on request. Internet, air conditioning, heating and a safe are available to you, as is a parking space. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Location & surroundings

This holiday home is in Orebić, on the Pelješac peninsula in Dalmatia. The coastal town is sheltered, backed by Mount Sv. Ilija on the south coast of the peninsula. The surroundings are close to the coast, natural and quiet, and from the house you have a lovely view of the sea. The private beach is only approx. 1 m away, so the villa is right on the coast. The centre of Orebić is only approx. 400 m away.
