The holiday home was newly built in 2018 and is detached. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 8 guests. The pool is located on the fenced property. The sun terrace offers parasols and sun loungers, inviting you to relax. The partially covered terrace is a good place to gather for sociable hours and also includes an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace grill and cozy garden furniture. You have direct access to the terrace from the living area. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping place. The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday with children.
The large lawn offers space for the children to play.
The open-plan living and dining area with kitchen has a fireplace. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Internet, air conditioning and heating are available to you, as well as a parking space. A free cot can be provided on request. Animal lovers do not have to part with their pet, as pets are also very welcome here. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

This holiday home is located in Smoljanci, in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The small village lies approx. 3 km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat in southern central Istria. The house is on the edge of the village, and the surroundings are rural, natural and quiet. The village center can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot, and a restaurant is a few minutes away. The coast is approx. 14 km away and is best reached by car.
