A rural holiday home with a pool, beautiful landscape and sea views in Smoljanci, a small and quiet village in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, approx. 3 km from Svetvinčenat. The country house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. The distance to the Lim Fjord is approx. 13 km and to the beach approx. 14 km.
This holiday home with a pool is located in Smoljanci, a small and quiet village in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, approx. 3 km from Svetvinčenat. From October to November, you can, if you are interested, watch the olive harvest. Depending on how productive the harvest is, your hosts would also be happy to show you how the precious oil is pressed at the olive mill in Vodnjan.
