The holiday house was newly built in 2022 and is a detached, two-storey house on a plot bordered by a hedge, a stone wall and a fence. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 6 guests. On the property you have your own private pool with a waterfall. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The partly covered terrace with pergola provides shade, and garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and access to a balcony. The living area with kitchen is open-plan, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping place. The holiday apartment is therefore ideal for a family holiday or for a group of friends.

For playing, there is a large lawn, table tennis, and also a play area in the garden.

This holiday house is located in the district of Vintijan in Pula, on the south-west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Pula attracts visitors with its long history, beautiful bathing bays and its cultural offerings. The house stands in a quiet, nature-friendly residential area; the city centre and the Amphitheatre are reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. The coast is approx. 2.2 km away and is best reached by car, the journey takes about 11 minutes. You will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes on foot.
