The holiday home is a detached house that was renovated in 2011. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 7 guests and stands on a 700 m² plot bordered by a hedge. On the property you will have your own private pool. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and sun loungers, inviting you to relax. You can prepare delicious local specialities and seafood on the fireplace grill. The living area has direct access to the terrace. The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
For the children, there is a large lawn, a swing, a sandpit, a play area and a mini football pitch to play on.
The open-plan living area with kitchen has a fireplace. Internet, air conditioning and a parking space are available to you, and there is also a bicycle parking area. A free cot can be provided on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed.

This holiday home is located in the Vintijan district of Pula, on the south-west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Pula attracts visitors with its beautiful bays and its cultural offering. The house is situated in a residential area; the surroundings are urban and close to the coast. The coast is only approx. 5 km away and is best reached by car. The Tanka Punta bay is also approx. 5 km away. You will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the town centre of Pula is approx. 2.6 km away.
