The villa is a detached house over two floors and, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offers plenty of space for 10 (+2) guests. On the grounds, which are bordered by a hedge and a stone wall, you have your own private pool. The pool is heatable and has an easy entry. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The covered terrace is an ideal place to unwind on long, mild summer evenings, and also a good meeting spot for sociable hours during the day. You can prepare delicious specialities on the fireplace grill, and there is also an outdoor summer kitchen. The villa is ideal for a group of friends.

For children there is a large lawn, a playground, a climbing house and a slide for running around. There is also a tennis court, billiards, darts and a table football game for play.

This holiday home is located in Pula, on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula. Pula attracts with its long history, beautiful bays and its cultural offerings. The villa stands in a residential area that is close to nature yet has an urban character. Puntižela Beach is approx. 2.6 km away and is best reached by car. A supermarket and a restaurant are not far, while a bakery and a café are a little further away. Valbandon is also approx. 2.7 km away.
