This holiday villa is located on a 1,200 m² plot in a quiet area on the outskirts of Splitska, on the island of Brač. The villa, with its impressive exterior partly clad in Brač stone, offers a heated infinity pool and a whirlpool. The pool and terrace are surrounded by a well-kept lawn. The covered terrace close to the house has comfortable garden furniture and invites you to enjoy long barbecue evenings. The nearest beach is approx. 590 m away.

Splitska lies on the north side of the island of Brač, about 7 km east of Supetar. Quiet coves by the pine woods are perfect for carefree swimming. The village has a supermarket by the harbour and a kiosk with fresh bread, and several restaurants with local specialities and the picturesque harbour are especially inviting in the evening.
