Overview

Two large and modern holiday villas in Filipana, near Krnica, in the southeast of the Istrian peninsula. Both villas each have their own pool and are suitable for a total of 16 (+4) guests. The two stone houses have 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 1 guest WC in total. The beach is only approx. 9.5 km away.

This 2,000 m² property is located in Filipana, near Krnica, in the southeast of the Istrian peninsula. It consists of two independent holiday villas that are rented as a single unit and can accommodate a total of 16 (+4) guests. The property is based on an old farmstead with a shared inner courtyard, separated by a wall and connected by a door.
