The holiday house was renovated in 2013 and, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offers plenty of space for 9 (+3) guests. On the plot, which is bordered by a hedge and a stone wall, you have your own private pool with waterfall. The sun terrace offers parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The covered terrace is an ideal place to unwind on long, mild summer evenings, and also a good meeting point for sociable hours during the day. You can prepare delicious specialities on the fireplace grill. The holiday house is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

For the children, the large lawn provides space to run around.

The living area with kitchen is open-plan and has a fireplace. Two additional sleeping places are provided by the sofa bed. In addition, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a parking space are available. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed.

Location & surroundings

This holiday house is located in Vodnjan, in the south-west of the Istrian peninsula. The historic town is only approx. 12 km from Pula and about 25 km from Rovinj. The house is situated only approx. 500 m from the town centre, on a 450 m² plot; the surroundings are natural and quiet. You will find a supermarket, café and restaurant within a few minutes' walk. The coast is only approx. 6.9 km away; the best way to reach the Luka Fažana bay is by car.
