The property is enclosed by a stone wall and has a pool area. The sun terrace offers a parasol and sun loungers, and there is also garden furniture and a summer kitchen with fireplace grill. From the living area you have access to the covered terrace. The living and dining area with kitchen is open-plan. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
An additional sleeping place is available via the sofa bed. A free-of-charge cot can be provided on request.
Internet, air conditioning, heating and a safe are available to you, as is a parking space. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.

This holiday home is located in Medulin, at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. Medulin has developed into one of Istria's best-known tourist centres and attracts visitors with excellent beaches, secluded bays and crystal-clear sea. The house stands in a residential area close to the coast. The pebble beach Bijeca is approx. 1.2 km away, and you can reach it in about 22 minutes on foot. You will find a supermarket, bakery, café and restaurant within a few minutes on foot.
