About Peroj
Peroj is a small village on Istria's south-west coast, looking out over the Fažana Channel and the Brijuni Islands. It belongs to the town of Vodnjan and is quieter than the well-known resorts nearby.
About Istria
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic and the region where you will find most of our holiday homes. More than half have a pool. There are also villas with a heated pool for spring and autumn, and large houses with room for families and groups.
Best time to travel
For swimming: June to September (sea from 22 °C). Calm sea for children: June to August (waves mostly under half a metre). For hiking and cycling: May, October. For sailing and surfing: September (often wind of force 4 or more).

Das Ferienhaus ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen mit Hund. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man ohnehin draußen. Das Bett ist groß, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist modern, außen befindet sich eine Terrasse mit einer elektrischen ausfahrbaren Markise -steuerbar über Fernbedienung, die Klimaanlage kühlt die gesamten Räumlichkeiten-auch über Fernbedienung regulierbar, WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters, den wir aber kaum bemerkt haben. Es gibt ein Hinterausgang,wo man ca 100 m über einen privaten Weg und über einen Privatzugang zum Strand gelangt. Der Vordereingang ist mit einem elektrischen Tor versehen,was mittels einer Fernbedienung steuerbar ist. Im Außenbereich befindet sich auch eine Solardusche, ein gemäuertes Waschbecken und ein Grill.
