A rural holiday home with a pool in the hamlet of Krase, in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, approx. 2 km from Svetvinčenat. The country house offers space for 8 (+3) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. The distance to Lim Fjord is approx. 14 km and to the beach on the west coast approx. 18 km.
This holiday home is located in the hamlet of Krase, near Svetvinčenat, in the green inland of the Istrian peninsula. The stone house was built in 1940 and fully renovated in 2015. It blends in ideally with the Istrian landscape and sits on an enclosed plot of 800 m². The country house is ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
