Amenities

The holiday home is detached and situated on a fenced property. It was built in 2018 and, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offers plenty of space for 8 guests. On the property you have your own private pool. The covered terrace with pergola is equipped with sun protection and garden furniture, and sun loungers invite you to relax. You can prepare delicious specialities on the barbecue. Indoors, a stone fireplace in the dining area and a corner fireplace in the living area provide a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

For the children, a playground and a table football game are available. A free cot can be provided on request.

The house also includes a sauna, air conditioning, heating, safe and internet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

This holiday home is located in the Butkovići district of Vodnjan, in the green inland of the Istrian peninsula. Vodnjan is a historic town in south-western Istria, approx. 12 km from Pula and about 25 km from Rovinj. You will enjoy a beautiful landscape view from the living area and the terrace. The coast is approx. 9.8 km away and is best reached by car. The restaurant is approx. 1.9 km away, the centre of Vodnjan approx. 3 km, and the supermarket is approx. 5.3 km away.

On the sea side, in front of a stone wall, it shows two groups of naked, dying men; on the back of the white stone wall stands a female figure as a mother holding an apple in her hand.
