A family-friendly holiday home with a pool and play area in Šikići, a suburb of Pula, on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula. In total, the property offers space for 8 (+2) people with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. The nearest beach is only about 6 km away.
This modern holiday home is located in Šikići, a suburb of Pula, and offers comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The semi-detached house has plenty of space for 8 (+2) people and invites you to relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Meanwhile, the children can play freely in the garden, where a play area with a climbing house and slide, a trampoline and a swing are available. The property is therefore ideal for families with children or for a group of friends with children.
The interior is furnished in a friendly style and perfectly equipped for a pleasant holiday. Two additional sleeping places are provided by the sofa bed in the living area. A free-of-charge cot can be provided on request. Animal lovers will not have to leave their pet at home, as pets are also very welcome here.
The holiday home spans two floors. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and access to the terrace, as well as one of the four bedrooms. The upper floor has the three other bedrooms. Its proximity to Pula offers you many opportunities to visit historical sights and to make trips to the other towns in the surrounding inland area.
