The holiday house is a typical end-of-row house on a 4,000 m² plot bordered by a hedge and a fence. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers space for 6 (+2) guests. Two additional sleeping places are provided by the sofa bed. On the property you have your own private pool. The sun terrace by the pool offers parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The covered terrace is an ideal place to unwind on long, mild summer evenings, and also a good meeting point for sociable hours during the day. You can prepare delicious local specialities and seafood on the fireplace grill. A whirlpool is also available for relaxation. Direct access to the covered terrace is available from the living area. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
Lawn area and a beach volleyball court are available for children and adults to play.
The living area with kitchen is open-plan, and a fireplace adds to the cosiness. Internet, air conditioning, heating and a safe, as well as a covered parking space, are available to you. Animal lovers will not have to leave their pet at home, as pets are also welcome here. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
