The holiday house is detached and offers plenty of space for 12 (+2) guests with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. On the property, which is bordered by a stone wall, you have your own private pool. The sun terrace is equipped with sunshade and comfortable sun loungers, and additional garden furniture is also available. You can prepare delicious local specialties and seafood on the fireplace grill. The living area with kitchen is open-plan, and there is direct access from the living area to the covered terrace. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

For the children, there is a lawn to play on, and table tennis is available.

Internet, air conditioning and heating, as well as a parking space, are available to you. A free cot can be provided on request. Pet lovers do not have to leave their pet at home, as pets are also welcome here. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

This holiday house is located in Valbonaša, on the outskirts of Pula, on the south coast of the Istrian peninsula. Pula attracts visitors with its long history, beautiful bays and cultural offerings. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature, and the house is situated in a residential area. The Velika Kava beach, a pebble beach, is approx. 3 km away and is best reached by car. You will find a supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes' walk; a café and a bakery are approx. 1.1 km and approx. 1.4 km away.
