The holiday house is a detached, traditional country house on a plot enclosed by a stone wall. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 10 people. On the property you have your own private pool, which can be heated. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The covered terrace is an ideal place to unwind on long, mild summer evenings, and also a good meeting point for sociable hours during the day. You can prepare delicious specialties on the fireplace grill, and the summer kitchen is also available. Inside, the exposed rubble stone walls, wooden beams and a stone fireplace define the character. From the living area you have direct access to the covered terrace. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

For the children there is a lawn, a swing and a playground to let off steam. For relaxation there is a Finnish sauna.

Limska gradina is a prehistoric archaeological site in Istria, between the villages of Krunčići and Jural, on a plateau above the end of the Lim Fjord (Limski kanal). The fortified settlement lay on the edge of steep cliffs, which naturally protected it to the south and west; to the north and east, dry-stone walls secured the access.
