The holiday house, built in 2014, is detached and offers plenty of space for 8 (+2) guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It contains two holiday apartments that are rented as one unit. On the property, which is bordered by a stone wall, you have your own private pool, which is heatable and offers hydromassage. The sun terrace around the pool has parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. The covered terrace is an ideal place to unwind on long, mild summer evenings, and also a good meeting place for sociable hours during the day. You can prepare delicious specialities and seafood on the fireplace grill. The living area gives access to the covered terrace. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping place. The holiday house is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.

Table tennis, darts and sport are also available to you: table tennis, darts and a fitness room are at your disposal, as well as the large lawn.

Internet, air conditioning and a parking space are included. A free cot can be provided on request. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets

Location & surroundings

This holiday house is located in Fažana, on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula. The picturesque fishing village lies opposite the Brijuni National Park and is only approx. 8 km from Pula. The house is in a quiet location, and the surroundings are natural and close to the coast. Batana beach, a pebble beach, is only approx. 1.4 km away and is best reached by car. You will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk; the town centre is only approx. 940 m away.
