The sofa bed provides one additional sleeping place; further sleeping places are available through folding beds. On the property you have your own private pool, which is heatable and offers hydromassage. The sun terrace is equipped with sun shades, garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers, and a barbecue is also available. From the living area you have direct access to the covered balcony. The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
The large lawn offers space for the children to play.
A free cot can be provided on request. WLAN, air conditioning, heating and a parking space are available to you. Pet lovers will not have to part with their pet, as animals are also welcome here. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
