On the property you have your own private pool, which is enclosed by a stone wall and a fence. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and sun loungers, inviting you to relax. From the living area you have access to the covered terrace, and a balcony also belongs to the house. The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
The open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen is furnished in a modern style, and a hammock chair invites you to linger.
Air conditioning, heating, internet and a parking space are available to you. Animal lovers will not have to part with their pet, as animals are also welcome guests here. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

This holiday home is located in Banjole, on the south coast of the Istrian peninsula. The small fishing village lies between Pula, Pomer and Medulin and combines relaxation, beach, nature and culture. The house stands in a residential complex on the edge of Banjole; the surroundings are quiet and close to the coast. The coast is only approx. 1 km away, and you can reach it in about 18 minutes on foot. You will find a supermarket, restaurant, bakery and café within a few minutes' walk; the town centre is approx. 2.4 km away.
