The holiday home is a typical end-of-terrace house and, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offers plenty of space for 8 guests. The property includes a private pool, a covered terrace and a sun terrace with parasol and sun loungers. In the summer kitchen with fireplace grill, you can prepare meals outdoors. The plot is enclosed and fenced. An additional sleeping place is available through the sofa bed. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
For the children, the lawn, swing, playground and trampoline provide space to play. A free cot can be provided on request.
A special highlight is the private konoba and wine cellar. These offer plenty of space for convivial hours. Internet and air conditioning are available, and the car can be parked in the covered car park. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the house.
