A modern beach house with a pool directly by the sea in Pješčana Uvala, near the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. Enjoy the unique atmosphere, the sound of the waves and the sea view. The holiday home accommodates 8 (+2) people and has 4 bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms and 1 guest WC. The beach is only approx. 10 m away.
This modern beach house with a pool is located right on the seafront, overlooking the adjoining harbour of Pješčana Uvala, approx. 10 m from the beach, in a modern hillside residential area. The beach house accommodates 8 (+2) people. It was newly built in 2018 and impresses with its location, facilities and modern architecture.
