Overview
A delightful, unique holiday home with pool and sea view in a secluded location on the southeast coast of the Istrian peninsula. The holiday home offers you 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sea is only about 20 m away and the nearest beach only about 60 m.
This unique beach house is located east of the Bay of Krnica, just twenty meters from the sea, on the southeast coast of the Istrian peninsula. Blending with nature and furnished with great attention to detail, this beach house is a true oasis of relaxation.
Built in the style of traditional architecture, the stone house was constructed in the early 1970s and fully renovated in 2013. It lies quietly surrounded by beautiful nature (Istrian oak) and a large paved terrace, where shade can be found at any time of day for a relaxed stay in the fresh air or an enjoyable meal. On the north side of the terrace is an outdoor kitchen in a freestanding building with a grill and, new from the 2017 season, a wood-fired oven for bread and pizza. Just a few steps below the terrace lies a heated 30 m² pool with its own wooden deck, sun loungers and a beautiful view of the bay.
