Fort Valmarin

Fort Valmarin, formerly Fort Monte Bradamante, is a large land fortress on a hill in Istria, near Štinjan. The complex has four batteries, is surrounded by a wide moat and a high fence, and is well preserved. The gates are closed, so the interior is not freely accessible. According to the source, the view from the roof extends over Pula and the Učka as far as the rest of Istria.
