A modern apartment holiday rental with a large rooftop terrace for 4 (+1) persons in Medulin, at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. The distance to the beach is only approx. 2 km.
In this modern single-storey house in Medulin, surrounded by a variety of plants and beautiful olive trees, you can spend your holiday in peace and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is located on the first floor of your host's family home.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this 80 m² apartment offers plenty of space for 4 (+1) persons. An additional sleeping place is available on the sofa bed.
Another highlight of the holiday apartment is the 80 m² rooftop terrace. The sun terrace, paved with stone slabs, has free parasols and sun loungers that invite you to relax. An outdoor shower provides a welcome refreshment while sunbathing. Delicious specialties and seafood can be prepared on the barbecue. From the rooftop terrace you have a lovely panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea.
