About Sukošan
Sukošan lies about ten kilometres south-east of Zadar on a bay with one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic. The village has pebble beaches, a promenade, restaurants and cafés.
About Dalmatia
Dalmatia has around 400 km of coast with countless islands offshore, one of the most indented coastlines in Europe. Most of our accommodation here has a sea view, and many places are just a few minutes from the water. There are also holiday homes with a pool and apartments for couples and small families.
Best time to travel
For swimming: June to September (sea from 22 °C). Calm sea for children: June to August (waves mostly under half a metre). For hiking and cycling: April to May. Hot: July to August (up to 15 days over 30 °C).

Zuerst möchten wir erwähnen, dass sich die Besitzer sehr um ihre Gäste kümmern und für Fragen und Probleme gut zu erreichen sind, da sie direkt daneben wohnen. Wir wurden mit frischen Feigen und Sliwowitz herzlich empfangen.

Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich.
Die Poolanlage ist schön gestaltet mit einer Außendusche, fünf Liegestühlen und das Wasser im Pool ist sehr sauber.
Es gibt einen großen Tisch auf der Terrasse und einen hervorragenden Grill, den wir gerne genutzt haben.
Mückenschutz nicht vergessen einzupacken! Leider haben nicht alle Zimmer und Bäder Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, das müsste noch verbessert werden, da die Schlafzimmer sehr hohe Decken haben und dadurch die Jagd nach Schnaken sehr erschwert wurde.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche hat.
Wir haben pro Person nur ein Handtuch bereitgestellt bekommen, daher eventuell noch weitere Hand- oder Duschtücher selber mitbringen.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. (auch Kaffee- und Spülmaschine)
Im Poolbereich gibt es nochmals einen großen Kühlschrank für Getränke und Wäscheständer und Waschmaschine.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie wackelnde Klobrillen waren nicht von Bedeutung. Wir werden das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.
