About Novigrad
Novigrad lies on the west coast of Istria between Poreč and Umag. Its rugged coastline has numerous bays and pebble beaches for relaxed sunbathing, and active visitors can enjoy mountain biking, cycling, tennis, football, basketball and many water sports. Novigrad and the surrounding area also have fine churches, museums and other historic buildings.
About Istria
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic and the region where you will find most of our holiday homes. More than half have a pool. There are also villas with a heated pool for spring and autumn, and large houses with room for families and groups.

Die Lage ist super, der Ausblick ist auch Top, Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. - Die Betten waren sehr ungemütlich, man hat jede Feder in der Matratze gespürt, zudem haben die Betten so laut gequietscht, das man beim bewegen aufwachte. Der TV ist aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, W-Lan (falls man mal eine Signalstärke hatte) reichte nichtmal für ein Instagram Video. Die Wohnung war sehr staubig, in der Küche fehlten Utesilien wie ein Pfannenwender oder Schneebesen. Bei dem einen Bett war sogar schon eine Sprosse des Lattenrosts durchgebrochen.

Krásná lokalita a vše kolem ní, super parkování u apartmánu. Apartmán dál od moře ale i tak byl krásný výhled. Celkově mohu doporučit, pěkný a ochotný přístup majitelky. Apartmán pěkný, čistý. - Vstup do horního apartmánu. (dřevěné na první pohled nestabilní točité schody)

Podkrovní apartmán kde nejdete o ránu do hlavy daleko, ale věděli jsme o tom dopředu takže jsme s tím počítali. Ještě bych dodal že je méně zásuvek a zásuvka v kuchyni hned z nebezpečím :D
Do budoucna bych zvážil instalaci sítí proti hmyzu, měli jsme první noc otevřené dveře a pak jsme ráno likvidovali desítky komárů kteří si z nás udělaly jídelní tabuli, takže jsme bohužel noci měli puštěnou klimatizaci.
Vcelku jsme byli spokojení, nabídku jsme si vybrali cíleně na základě dobré ceny a lokace. Ubytování je ve vedlejší uličce v klidné oblasti a všude jsme měli blízko: nejbližší pláž 5 minut pěšky, ale chodili jsme i na další okolní pláže ve vzdálenosti do 1 km (byla tam čistější voda). Co se doporučení do tohoto ubytování, tak je ideální pro nízké osoby (cca do 165 cm), jinak si budete v ložnici a v kuchyni muset dávat pozor na nízké stropy (pár krát jsme si i my bouchli hlavu, o to jsme nízká celá rodina :-)), ale dá se na to zvyknout, když si člověk dává pozor. Majitelka v pohodě, rychlá a dobrá domluva, peadleboard a nafukovačky jsme si mohli nechávat na zahradě.
