About Okrug Donji
Okrug Donji lies in the west of the island of Čiovo and is quieter than neighbouring Okrug Gornji. Pebble beaches and rocky coves with island views surround the village.
About Dalmatia
Dalmatia has around 400 km of coast with countless islands offshore, one of the most indented coastlines in Europe. Most of our accommodation here has a sea view, and many places are just a few minutes from the water. There are also holiday homes with a pool and apartments for couples and small families.

Wir haben mit 10 Personen und 2 Hunden wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Boulder verbracht – und uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Villa ist einfach ein Ort, an dem man gerne bleibt. Besonders geliebt haben wir den großen Pool mit den bequemen Liegen und der gemütlichen Lounge, die wunderschön eingerichtete Außenküche und natürlich den tollen Blick auf die grünen Berge. In der Außenküche sind wir jeden Tag alle zusammengekommen – genau das hat unseren Urlaub so besonders gemacht.
Auch die Villa selbst hat uns begeistert: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen schönen Balkonen und genügend Platz für alle. Die kleinen Gassen rund um das Haus sorgen gleichzeitig für Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Und der Weinkeller war natürlich noch ein ganz besonderes Highlight. 😀
Für uns als Gruppe mit zwei Hunden war außerdem der komplett eingezäunte Bereich perfekt. Der Strand ist in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt praktisch direkt ums Eck. Zum Haus selbst fährt man nicht direkt mit dem Auto, sondern parkt ums Eck und geht dann durch die kleinen Gassen – für uns überhaupt kein Problem und irgendwie gehört genau das zum Charme dieses Ortes dazu.
Die Besitzerin war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich und bei Fragen jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Auch die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten wie der Obstkorb und das Wasser zur Begrüßung haben uns sehr gefreut – einfach eine wirklich fürsorgliche und schöne Geste.
Wir haben die Tage in Okrug Donji sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Villa Boulder war für uns der perfekte Ort für eine entspannte Zeit mit der Familie und unseren Hunden.
Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir hoffen, bald wieder hier zu sein! ❤️
