Overview
A modern holiday villa on a beautiful hill in the village of Čepić, near Labin, on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. From the pool area and from the villa, you enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests. The distance to the sea and to the nearest beach, „Copacabana“, is approx. 26 km.
This modern villa sits on a small hill in the village of Čepić and will enchant you with its unique view. The holiday home is surrounded by forest, olive groves and vineyards and offers you a perfect holiday outdoors and in nature.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. In addition, 2 bathrooms and a guest WC in the pool house are available.
In the 7,500 m² garden, you will find the pool area with sun terrace, sun loungers and seating area. The fully equipped pool house with outdoor kitchen, dining area and satellite TV invites you to relax outdoors.
For further entertainment, we have prepared darts, table tennis, mini football and a playground for the youngest guests. You need not worry about their safety, as the property is completely fenced and parking spaces are also available.
Your pets are welcome, too. If you also feel like going to the sea, the nearest beach, „Copacabana“, below Plomin, is just 5 minutes away by car.
