The detached holiday home offers space for 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the enclosed plot you will find a private pool. The sun terrace around the pool offers parasols and deck chairs that invite you to relax. From the living area you have access to the covered terrace. You can prepare delicious local specialities and seafood on the fireplace grill. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is ideal for a family holiday with children or for a group of friends.
For the children, the lawn and a badminton net are available for playing. You can use the bicycles.
Internet and air conditioning are available, and a parking space belongs to the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Animal lovers will not have to part with their pets, as they are also welcome guests here. A free-of-charge cot can be provided on request.

This holiday home is located in Kraj Drage, on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, at the end of the village. The surroundings are rural, natural and quiet. The beach is approx. 13 km away and is best reached by car. A restaurant is 1.7 km away, and the supermarket is 3.6 km away (8 minutes by car). You will need a vehicle for shopping and for excursions to Labin.
