This stone holiday house is located in Barat, a quiet village above the picturesque Lim Valley, in the green inland area of the Istrian peninsula. While you can enjoy peace and privacy here, the lively coastal towns of Poreč, Rovinj and Vrsar, with their numerous beaches, entertainment and shopping options, are easily reached by car.
You will find a lovingly renovated stone house on a plot surrounded by a stone wall and not visible from outside. The holiday house, the plot and the pool (4 x 8 m) with sun terrace are available to you exclusively, as the hosts Mario and Rina live on an organic farm approx. 17 km away. All guests are warmly invited to visit the farm with its many happy animals, get to know Mario and Rina, and taste their homemade delicacies, such as air-dried ham.
