This holiday apartment with a pool is located in Štinjan, at the southern tip of the Istria peninsula. It was renovated in 2018. The town centre is about 1.1 km away. Ideal for families and couples.
You will find an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Outdoors, you have access to a private pool, a covered terrace and garden furniture. You can prepare delicious local specialities and seafood on the barbecue. A parking space is available.
For our youngest guests, there is a children's playground and a cot available on request.

Štinjan lies above the northern shore of Pula Bay, opposite the Brijuni Islands. This quiet suburb belongs to Pula, whose centre is about 13 minutes away by car. Fažana is around 10 minutes.
About Istria
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic and the region where you will find most of our holiday homes. More than half have a pool. There are also villas with a heated pool for spring and autumn, and large houses with room for families and groups.
