The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built apartment building and offers space for 4 (+2) guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two additional sleeping places are provided by the sofa bed in the living area. The living area with kitchen has an open design, and the kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. From the living area you have access to the covered balcony with seating area. The holiday apartment is ideal for a couple or a young family.
A free-of-charge cot can be provided for you on request. Internet, air conditioning and heating are available to you, and a parking space is available. Smoking is not permitted in the building.

Location & surroundings
This holiday apartment is located in Medulin, at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. Medulin offers excellent beaches, secluded bays and crystal-clear sea. The surroundings are close to the coast, rural and natural, and from the balcony you have a lovely view of the sea. The coast is only approx. 790 m away, and you can reach it in about 17 minutes on foot. The pebble beach Bijeca is approx. 1.1 km away. You will find a café and restaurant within a few minutes on foot, and the supermarket is approx. 18 minutes on foot away.
