About Sukošan
Sukošan lies about ten kilometres south-east of Zadar on a bay with one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic. The village has pebble beaches, a promenade, restaurants and cafés.
About Dalmatia
Dalmatia has around 400 km of coast with countless islands offshore, one of the most indented coastlines in Europe. Most of our accommodation here has a sea view, and many places are just a few minutes from the water. There are also holiday homes with a pool and apartments for couples and small families.

The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in person. Everything feels quite dated. The kitchen was tiny, and the fridge didn''t work — it wasn''t repaired during my entire stay, so my food ended up spoiling. The balcony is shared with the neighboring family, which leaves guests with essentially no privacy; this wasn''t mentioned anywhere in the listing description. The bathroom is also very outdated, and the shower is in need of renovation. towels and toilet paper was not provided at our arrival, we had to request it

On the positive side, the location was excellent. The landlady was very nice despite the language barrier, airco was present and it worked very nicely
Unsere Ferienwohnung in Sukošan war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist kaum zu übertreffen – morgens aufzuwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus über dem Wasser zu sehen, war unbeschreiblich schön. 🌅

Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber .Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir vom Schlafzimmer direkten Blick auf das Meer hatten – so fühlt sich Urlaub pur an.
Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und mit Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung versorgt. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.
Der kleine private Strandzugang war für uns das absolute Highlight – keine überfüllten Strände, sondern Ruhe, klares Wasser und eine perfekte Stelle zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. 🏖️
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wer in Sukošan einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, der gleichzeitig nah an Zadar und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegt, ist hier genau richtig.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️
