Mirnoća mjesta Banj,ljubaznost domačice Jagode, ugodna terasa sa pogledom na more, zalazak sunca,blizina plaže,natkriveni parking.. - Nedostatak osnovnih stvari u kuhinji..kuhalo za vodu,mikrovalna,nož, .. nedostatak normalnog kreveta .kauč na rasklapanje nema potrebe kad je apartman za dvoje .blizina glavne ceste ,buka kad auti prolaze..ali nije tako veliki promet tako da je ok..
