A large, detached holiday home with a pool in Salambati, in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The property offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across 2 living areas. The distance to the Lim Fjord is approx. 13 km and to the beach approx. 14 km.
This large, detached natural stone house with a guest house is located on the edge of the small and peaceful village of Salambati, approx. 4 km from Svetvinčenat, in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The magnificent property, 20,000 m² in size, has been fully renovated to create a comfortable holiday residence.
It is not only its size and comfort that make this unique property a true gem in our portfolio, but also the fact that everyone can retreat into their own privacy. All bedrooms are very spacious, and almost each one has its own exit to the outdoors – whether to the garden, to the covered terrace in front of the house, or to the sheltered loggia on the second floor.
The main holiday house has a living area of 280 m² on three floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped country-style kitchen, a large dining room with an open fireplace, a smaller bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with shower / WC (accessible through the kitchen or from the garden) and a separate bathroom with WC.
The first floor has a gallery with a cozy corner sofa and air conditioning, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower / WC. The covered terrace provides access to the garden.
On the attic floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an optional single bed in an alcove, a bathroom with WC, and a covered loggia with a view of the sea glittering in the distance.
The guest house has a living area of approx. 60 m². On the ground floor there is a living area with a sofa bed for one or two children and a bathroom with WC. The first floor has a gallery with a double bed, air conditioning, and a terrace with a view of the pool.
