This holiday home is located in the small village of Modrušani, approx. 4 km from Žminj, in the green interior of the Istrian peninsula. The lively town of Rovinj with its numerous beautiful beaches is easy to reach by car, and the east coast is also not far away should you wish to trade the rural ambience for Mediterranean bustle. Your hosts, who live next door, sell fresh eggs as well as homemade wine and schnapps. Animal lovers will not have to leave their pet behind, as pets are also very welcome guests here.
