This quietly located country house with a pool, a courtyard with a large sun terrace and a garden offers space for 10 (+2) people and lies between Stari Grad and Vrboska, in the north of the island of Hvar. The estate consists of a main house and three outbuildings and offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. The distance to the beach is only approx. 2.2 km.
This traditional country house with three outbuildings is the only property on Oskorušica Bay in the north of the island of Hvar. The bay and the beach are only approx. 2.2 km away. The estate was previously used by farmers from Vrbanj who cultivated fields, a vineyard and an olive grove in the area during the summer months. For its current use, the property has been converted and modernised, but its original character has been preserved.
